At Varsity Jackets, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our customers, including quick and reliable delivery. However, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery and shipment procedures:

Delivery Procedure

Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know that we’ve received your payment. If you don’t receive this notification, please check your order details. Please note that customized varsity jackets will take between 12 and 15 business days to arrive at your provided address. However, creating a unique design for a specific client can take longer. To ensure timely delivery, please make sure that the address you provide is correct.

We’ll keep you informed of any changes to your order status, and our professional delivery services will call you before bringing your package. If you’re out of town when the package is scheduled to arrive, please give us a call and we’ll arrange another delivery as soon as possible. Before placing an order, please read our policies carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

Shipment Procedure

We partner with some of the best shipping companies in the world, including DHL and FedEx (Federal Express) to ensure that your jacket order arrives quickly and safely. Please review the following policies before placing an order:

As soon as we receive your order confirmation, we’ll begin working on your jacket and ship it to the address you provide as soon as it’s completed. Assuming no unforeseen complications arise, we aim to ship all orders within 8-10 business days for free shipping and 5-7 business days for expedited shipping with an extra charge of $45. However, customized products may take more time and money to develop. We’ll always do our best to beat your deadline, but sometimes delays are inevitable due to factors beyond our control. If you want your order delivered to a specific location, please provide detailed information to ensure timely delivery.
